Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the customer relationship management service operated by the company. By signing in you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and authentication codes secret and for activity under your account. Tell your administrator immediately if you suspect misuse.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes and only for data you are entitled to process.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not permitted to see, probe or disrupt the service, or upload malicious files.
• Follow the consent and opt-out rules that apply to emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages you send through the service.

Your data

Records you enter remain your organisation's property. You can export them at any time using the export function.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
